MarGin is a premium gin that came to market through a collaboration between Perfect Serve and Squish — combining two complementary commercial networks to accelerate the brand's growth in the UK on-trade. With strong liquid credentials and a clear premium positioning, the focus was on getting MarGin in front of the right buyers and into the right venues as efficiently as possible.
Perfect Serve led the introduction of MarGin to key decision-makers and group-level buyers across the London on-trade — securing listings and building volume with major hospitality groups including Incipio Group and Hawksmoor. Beyond the commercial work, we developed and supported the activation strategy to drive consumer awareness of the brand within those accounts, and facilitated partnerships with influential figures in the trade to build MarGin's credibility and momentum in a competitive gin market.
