Templeton Rye had UK presence but lacked the distribution infrastructure, trade relationships, and brand momentum needed to compete at scale. The ask was clear: find the right distribution partner, take full ownership of the UK go-to-market across retail, on-trade, and off-trade, and build the brand's credibility and consumer awareness from the ground up. Do it well enough, and the door opens to a wider portfolio of American premium spirits.

Identified and secured BBB Drinks as the UK distribution partner — the right fit to give Templeton Rye credible access across retail, on-trade, and off-trade channels from launch.
Launched the brand into the UK market in April 2025 with an 80–100 person trade event at Luum in Knightsbridge — attended by PR, head buyers, bar managers, influencers, and key hospitality decision-makers. Took ownership of all three channels: retail, on-trade, and off-trade, alongside a focused brand-building and consumer awareness programme.
Currently executing against year-one KPIs, targeting 500 cases in year one, scaling to 1,500 in year two and 3,000 cases in year three — building a sustainable commercial foundation across the UK market.
The success of Templeton Rye in the first 18 months has unlocked the introduction of three further brands into the UK: Tears of Llorona Tequila, Howler Head Banana Whiskey Liqueur, and Zaya Rum — each to be distributed and built using the same proven approach.
Within 18 months of Perfect Serve's involvement beginning, Templeton Rye had a fully operational UK distribution structure in place, a successful trade launch behind it, and a clear volume trajectory across three years. The strength of that foundation directly led to three further premium American spirits brands being brought into the UK under the same partnership — a significant vote of confidence in the Perfect Serve approach.
